Klipi loads FFmpeg WebAssembly locally and only when AAC audio muxing is needed.
@ffmpeg/ffmpeg 0.12.15 JavaScript wrapper: MIT.
@ffmpeg/core 0.12.10 single-thread binary: GPL-2.0-or-later (NOT LGPL).
FFmpeg's built-in AAC encoder is used. fdk-aac is not used.
The core is distributed separately from the application.
